The macroscopic properties of alloys are determined by their microstructure formed during solidification. In this study, we used the Friedel spherical periodic oscillation of electron density to characterize the nanoscale microstructure and accurately calculate the composition formula for the face-centered cubic alloy as [A–B12]C3 using Cowley parameters. Our analysis of various binary alloys shows that the obtained composition formulas align with those observed in grade alloys. This method holds promise for optimizing properties across diverse alloy systems.
